TO ALL NATIONS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND CITIZENS OF THE WORLD:
Let it be officially recorded that the Kingdom of Miroslavia formally asserts its sovereign claim over the territory of Bir Tawil. Bounded by Egypt and Sudan, this land is no longer an empty expanse on the map; it is the cradle of a new civilization.
Furthermore, I, King Miroslav I, do decree:
First, the official designation of our Capital City shall be Velmira. As outlined in our national cartography, Velmira is strategically located in the eastern region of our territory and will serve as the cultural and political heart of our physical nation.
Second, the establishment of our Northern and Southern Border Posts is hereby mandated as the first phase of our physical infrastructure development.
Third, to organize our people and our resources before our physical arrival in Africa, I declare the digital gates of our Administrative Headquarters open. This digital ecosystem will function as our temporary government center, national bank, and citizenship registry.
We are not building a simulation. We are gathering the capital, the brilliant minds, and the courage required to physically cross the desert sands. Every passport issued and every noble title granted brings us one step closer to planting our flag in the earth of Velmira.
The age of Miroslavia begins now.
