THE SUPREME BASIC LAW OF THE KINGDOM OF MIROSLAVIA
Preamble
We, King Miroslav I, by Royal Decree and Supreme Authority, do hereby establish this Supreme Basic Law for the governance of our Realm. Recognizing the historical opportunity presented by the terra nullius of Bir Tawil—a territory left unclaimed by the international community—We assert our rightful, peaceful, and permanent claim over this land. Under our visionary leadership, and in unity with the people of Miroslavia, we dedicate this nation to the principles of liberty, progress, technological innovation, and absolute sovereignty.
TITLE I – The State and Sovereignty
Article I – Nature of the State
The Kingdom of Miroslavia is an independent, sovereign, and peaceful state. It is an absolute monarchy governed under the Supreme Authority of the Monarch, adhering to the principles of justice, liberty, and dignity. The capital city, Velmira, is established by royal decree.
Article II: The Crown and Governance
1. The Kingdom of Miroslavia is an absolute monarchy. The reigning Monarch, King Miroslav I, holds the supreme executive, legislative, and judicial authority over the land, its assets, and its digital infrastructure.
2. The Royal Council is appointed solely by the Monarch to assist in the daily governance, foreign diplomacy, and defense of the Kingdom's interests.
Article III: Citizenship and Nobility
1. Citizenship is an esteemed privilege granted to individuals worldwide who pledge their allegiance to the Crown and actively contribute to the realization of our physical nation.
2 .The Crown holds the exclusive right to bestow Noble Titles (Duke, Count, Lord). These titles are formal recognition of extraordinary financial or civic contributions toward the National Expedition Fund and grant the bearers permanent privileges within both the digital administration and the future physical state.
Article IV: The Law of the Realm
1. Absolute Loyalty: Any act of treason, espionage, or subversion against the Crown or the Kingdom's infrastructure shall result in immediate and permanent banishment.
2. Civil Harmony: Citizens are required to maintain decorum and respect within the administrative channels. Hate speech, unprovoked hostility, and disruption of national operations are strictly prohibited.
3. Data Integrity: The Kingdom guarantees the privacy of its citizens. No subject shall be forced to reveal sensitive real-world identifying information beyond what is required for official government registration.
Article V: The National Mandate (The Expedition)
It is the fundamental duty of the Government and the economy of Miroslavia to direct its primary resources toward the Great Expedition. All national funds are dedicated to the physical journey to Bir Tawil, the establishment of the border posts, and the raising of the Miroslavian Flag upon the sands of Velmira.
